ORDERING WITH FOREVER ROSE
By placing an order with Forever Rose London, either in store, on the phone or via our website (further referred to as “the website”) you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
CHANGES TO YOUR ONLINE ORDER
If you wish to change your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that changes to your order like the delivery address or the card message must be made within 6 hours of the receipt of the order confirmation email. Any such changes must be notified in writing to the following email sales@myforeverrose.com. Please note that, once your order is under process, cancelation of your order is possible only in exceptional circumstances and is entirely at our discretion.
ONLINE ORDERS
In addition, the following applies to Online Orders: The email that is sent on completion of your order contains all the key information about your order. It is very important that you check this to ensure no errors have been made.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
If we have difficulties to fulfil your order we will contact you and discuss suitable alternatives.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED and USD for payments of good and services on www.MyForeverRose.com. Your credit card or debit card statements will reflect Forever Rose London. In case of third party statements including bank and credit card statements the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format.
To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website www.myforeverrose.com/. After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. In this section you will be asked for delivery and billing address, and other contact information as well as payment related information. Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will only be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or Credit Card Company. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard you will be required to submit your payment information when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You may also have to have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.
Forever Rose London does not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Â
Customers using the website who are minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the web site.
Cardholder must retain a copy of any transaction records and merchant policies and rules. Â User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.

All prices on this web site are in United States Dollars. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
DESTINATION CHARGES
All product prices, including shipment charges and insurance, are exclusive of any applicable destination charges such as, but not limited to, Customs Duties and Import taxes and clearance charges.
OUT OF STOCK SITUATIONS
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the buyer. However in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Â Shipping will be done by a third part courier. Â Purchases are shipped from the United Arab Emirates. Delivery within the UAE cities shall be in 1-2 working days and 4-10 working days to other Countries. Â UAE delivery will be mentioned on the checkout page and are dependent on the Emirate. Â Delivery Fees outside of the UAE will also be mentioned at the checkout page depending on the country and location. Â Avoid any delivery delays by providing your full address along with your contact details. Delivery estimates are provided at the time of placing the order. Forever Rose London uses reputed third party couriers for all deliveries and whilst we will do level best to deliver the product within the estimated time frame, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from courier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Arab Emirates.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund possible.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please send an email within 1 day of receipt of the product including images of the damaged items to sales@myforeverrose.com, together with your order number. One of our customer service representatives will handle your claim directly and apply the appropriate remedy to resolve the matter in the quickest possible timeframe. Refunds are not guaranteed and at the entire discretion of Forever Rose London.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, any opened or used products.
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of receiving the the order confirmation email and as long as the product has not been shipped to the customer.  Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.  Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
