When you buy goods from Forever Rose London, in law you have a number of statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Legislation and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty, unfit for purpose or not as described.  Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, a  refund is only possible if the below conditions are satisfied and appropriate is evidence is provided.

For online orders, customers can exchange or return their goods to Forever Rose London up to a period of 14 days after delivery of the product. Please contact sales@myforeverrose.com quoting your order number to initiate the goods return process.

If you received an item sold by Forever Rose London that is either incorrect, damaged, defective or does not match its description, up to a period of 30 days after you take delivery and or ownership of the product, we will either offer you the option to return the product via a pre-paid carrier option, or, if that's not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please contact us to receive a refund for any reasonable additional postage costs you incurred. Note that we may require proof of postage in order to refund such additional postage costs. If you are outside of the statutory 30 day right to reject, Forever Rose London will try to remedy the problem and its discretion offer a repair, replacement or partial refund.

Any refunds due will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days depending on the issuing bank of the debit or credit card.

A refund will only become due upon validation on any of the following:

- The wrong product has been delvivered

- The product is defective

- The product was damaged during shipment

- The product has been tampered with

Cancellation of an order is only possible possible before the despatch and shipment of an order.  If you wish to cancel the order you must immediately send an email immediately to sales@MyForeverRose.com quoting your order number.  Once the order is despatched, the order cannot be cancelled and the conditions for any refund have to be satisfied as per the above.

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, a  refund is only possible if the below conditions are satisfied and appropriate is evidence is provided.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please send an email within 1 day of receipt of the product including images of the damaged items to sales@myforeverrose.com together with your order number. One of our customer service representatives will handle your claim directly and apply the appropriate remedy to resolve the matter in the quickest possible timeframe. Refunds are not guaranteed and at the entire discretion of Forever Rose London. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, any opened or used products.

 Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of the order confirmation and cancellation of an order is only possible possible before the despatch and shipment of an order.  If you wish to cancel the order you must immediately send an email immediately to sales@MyForeverRose.com quoting your order number.  Once the order is despatched, the order cannot be cancelled and the conditions for any refund have to be satisfied as per the above.  Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
